Shipping Information

First Class Domestic shipping is now FREE on all orders!

*** NOTE: Taking a brief maternity leave break in November. Any orders placed after 10/31 will be shipped out starting 12/1/18.***

Otherwise, we ship using USPS Priority mail.
Shipping within the US: $8
Outside the US: $20

Rush shipping is available within the U.S. for $20 for Priority Mail Express, which is overnight for most locations. 

We track our packages to ensure delivery and Priority Mail will be insured in case of lost packages.  We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen.

We will ship items within 1 - 5 business days of purchase and you will be notified upon shipment.

For domestic shipping during the 2017 Holiday season, orders must be placed by December 15th for delivery by December 25th.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your original piece by TWELVE. If you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 15 days of purchasing, unworn & unharmed. Twelve reserves the right to withhold refunds for damaged goods &/or items kept for more than 15 days. 

Since our clothing is made in small editions and with limited yardage, pieces are very limited. Often there is only one. Please refer to size measurements listed by each product in order to avoid any issues regarding fit, as many garments are sold in one size only. If the item does not fit, we can make an exchange in a different size if available. In the case that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded the purchase price.

We will not accept CODs.  Items will be exchanged or refunded in full, minus shipping costs.  We do not refund original or return shipping costs. 

When returning an item, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number.  We are not responsible for missing packages.

We will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days after we receive the item.  We will notify you by email when the exchange or refund is processed.
